Our crimson blades rise before the stars,
Afire in the winter moon,
Frosted landscape pallid writhes,
With lifeless forms bestrewn,

The fires of war shall lift our wings,
Crusted blood adorns our pom,
All that rise to meet our steel,
To ruin shall succumb,

The night grows cold,
To the ire of darkness we are bound,
Sanguine painted sky,
Endless bodies pile,
Staining the ground,
With shattered bones and claret fur,
My fallen brothers 'neath me lie,
Countless graves before,
The Gods that we defy,

To lay our lives down before the king,
Exalted in glory fall,
The realm its heart bequeaths to thee,
That heed the battle's call,

Lost before the wrath divine,
Caught within benighted swarm,
Take up arms, to victory cry,
For fate redeems the battle worn,

Blessed are the pious few,
That fight within a frozen hell,
Blinded by the primal claws,
That curse the hearts in which they dwell,

The cry still resounds,
Where mists are churning,
Aflame and forsaken,
In the clamour of war,

In fury set the night ablaze,
Hopeless and wayward,
The last guard of an ancient kin,
Abandoned by the Gods we serve,

A shadow falls,
As hope breathes its last,
An endless maw,
To which we are cast,

Rise to your final call,
As the kingdom we sought,
Burns as our banners fall,
Our last stand,
Where mortals and Gods collide,
Let our swords be the last,
To break in the ashen tide,

Divine tongues decay,
Damned by the souls,
That they betray,
